Theresa Seremet OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist, military wife, bilingual clinician, and mom. With nearly two decades in practice, her work with children and families is more than a profession; it’s part of who she is.
A graduate of James Madison University, Theresa holds a master’s in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Special Education, along with advanced training in Sensory Integration Theory and the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding Protocol.
Her clinical passion centers on sensory processing, feeding, and neuro-affirming care, helping families understand their children through a lens of curiosity and compassion. She believes everything is figureoutable when you take the time to connect, listen, and trust the process.
Therapy South grew from this belief, a place built intentionally for families to feel supported, seen, and at home. For Theresa, therapy is both science and soul: a balance of knowledge, heart, and presence that guides every session, every conversation, and every small step forward.
