Run Club helps children discover the joy of movement while building strength, endurance, and emotional regulation. Each week, kids participate in fun, structured running activities designed to promote coordination, rhythm, and confidence—without pressure or competition.

Guided by therapists who understand the connection between the body and nervous system, Run Club creates a safe, encouraging space for children to challenge themselves, move their bodies, and feel proud of their progress. Whether it’s setting a new goal or cheering on a peer, every step builds self-esteem and community.

Run Club Helps Children:

  • Strengthen endurance, balance, and body awareness
  • Learn to self-regulate through rhythmic, repetitive movement
  • Practice goal-setting, persistence, and positive mindset
  • Develop social connection and teamwork through shared activity

Run Club is for kids who:

  • Enjoy outdoor movement or want to build confidence in physical activity
  • Are ready to engage in structured, group-based exercise
  • Can follow multi-step directions and participate safely with peers
  • Benefit from positive, movement-based sensory experiences

(This club may not be ideal for children who prefer quiet, seated activities or have safety concerns related to outdoor movement.)
